Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancelling or reschedule your appointment so I can try and fill the spot with another client.
I reserve the right to charge a last minute cancellation fee if you do cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time.

If you're cancelling 24hrs or more before your appointment, you should be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.
However, if it's within 24hrs of your start time or if you're experiencing issues cancelling online, please contact me directly.

Campsie Golf Club is situated at the foot of the Campsie Fells in Lennoxtown.
When heading up Crow Road you will see several white buildings to your left as you start to climb.
There is a mural of cyclist, Robert Miller, on the gable end of one of the buildings.
You will see signs for my treatment space once you enter the car park.

Yes, the golf club car park is available for use and also wheelchair accessible

I usually have the door ajar so you know you can enter, so just knock and come on in. Please note I do not have a waiting area inside.

I will have a brief run down via the form you fill in when you book as to what you require, but it is always good for me to hear from you also.

No, I always use side lying to access any grumpy hips and lower back, then semi reclining to your comfort.

Yes, hot stones only heat the area they are applied to, so unlike a steam or sauna they do not increase core body temperature.

As with everything I do, your physical and emotional comfort is key.
As I am talking you through what to expect on the table I will say “For me it is optimal if you undress to your underpants BUT you undress to how you feel comfortable and I will work round it”.
Sports bras are a bit more tricky as I can’t access your shoulders properly.

Yes, I give you full privacy at the beginning and end of each session and only re enter the room when you are ready.

My base cream is a mix of Shea Butter and Jojoba oil that I melt together. I then heat this before application at the start of each session.
Occasionally I use a pre made oil blend with essential oils in it, if we feel like an added sensory lift.
I will always ask at the start of a session if you have any allergies.

I offer dry or wet face cloths to wipe down after a session.
I will check beforehand if you are ok having your head/face done if this is an area discussed.
I also have hair shields available.

My massage table can be moved to a semi- reclining position.
I can adapt all my massages sessions to a side lying position if for example you have had surgery, wear a stoma, or are too sore to lie flat.

I am very experienced in adapting to working in chairs or wheelchairs.

Yes, plenty of space inside but unfortunately my toilet is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes, and you may stop the session if you feel you need to go, I have a lovely snuggly robe for just such an occasion, especially if you are pre/post natal.

Absolutely, they are welcome to sit and enjoy the peaceful vibe. Or sit in my back room if you want privacy.

YES! And I will double check this with you. I commonly ask clients if breast tissue feels ok as I have supports to ease any pressure.
